Update Samsung Galaxy S to Gingerbread 2.3.5 - OFFICIAL ROM !

Hello!

Today I'm gonna tell you how to install the latest Gingerbread (2.3.5) on your SGS. This isn't a custom ROM, it's the OFFICIAL Samsung ROM, so you won't have any problems or bugs with this one, it will work like a charm.

Files you'll need:
1) Odin3

The first thing you should do is a Nandroid Backup. So, go ahead to your recovery menu and do a backup.

First step: close kies! If you have kies (the program provided by samsung to sync files between your Galaxy S and your computer) installed, close it! And the background kies scan too! Or even better: you can just uninstall it because you won't need kies anymore from now on.

Now, go to your phone, go to settings > privacy. Do a factory reset. This will prevent any conflict between the new ROM and the old one.

Turn off your phone. Now, enter download mode: press volume down + home + power button untill this image appears:

Now open Odin3 as an adminstrator.

Extract the .zip file you downloaded with the gingerbread ROM.

Now, in Odin3, click on "PIT" and browse to the folder where you extracted the .zip you just downloaded, then select the PIT file.

Click on PDA, browse to the same folder and select the CODE file.

Click on PHONE, browse and select the MODEM file.

Click on CSC, browse again to the same place and select the CSC file.

You should have these fields filled like in the picture. (note that the version of the Rom in the picture is older, just make sure you have the same file extensions like shown below).

Now, connect your phone in download mode to the computer via usb cable. A yellow box should appear:

After you've done that click start and just wait untill the phone reboots and this shows in odin:

So, that's it, you installed the latest gingerbread (2.3.5 JVS) on your phone. Give it a few minutes untill it boots. The first boot will take like 5 minutes.

I advice you to install Semaphore Kernel for a better control of your phone, the microphone quality will improve, you'll be able to use color correction, headphones amplifier, and even overclock CPU to 1.2 ghz. I might do a little tutorial to show you how.

Hope you enjoyed, have fun with your new toy.

How to install CFW on PSP 3000 and on PSP Go

Hello everyone,

this is a really simple tutorial because, now-a-days, this task is very, very easy to perform!

After this tutorial is done, you will be able to run homebrew on your PSP and you will also be able to play games for FREE! (of course this is illegal and I do not do it).

Let's understand what are the risks, what is illegal, legal, and what you will need:

- If you do what I say, there are almost no risks at all. Remember, this works: but do not blame me if something goes wrong. I am not responsible if you brick your PSP. But that won't happen for sure if you do EXACTLY what I tell you to do.

- What we are about to do is LEGAL! It is legal to install CFW on your PSP. It is LEGAL to run homebrew made by other PSP developers.

- It is NOT LEGAL to run game back-ups (play games without buying them). But that's the main reason to install CFW on PSPs.

- You will NEED: a PSP Go or 3000; a computer.

Let's check everything:

- Turn on your PSP. Go and check your firmware version.
- If you have official firmware (OFW) 6.35 installed, you are ready to start.
- If you have a higher OFW (bigger than 6.35), check the web and try to downgrade your OFW.
- If you have a lower OFW, upgrade it.

Installing OFW 6.35:

- Do this ONLY if you have a lower version of your OFW.
- Download this file: download (go here if the link doesn't work: http://psphackguides.com/downloads/firmware/6-35/ and download the file from there)
- Copy that file to your PSP memory, in this folder: PSP:/PSP/GAME/UPDATE
- If you don't have the UPDATE folder inside the GAME folder, create one. Copy the file you just downloaded to the UPDATE folder.
- In your PSP, go to the Game menu, and update your PSP firmware.
- You are ready to continue.

Let's Start:

- Be sure you have OFW 6.35 installed. Read everything above.
- Now, download this file: download
- Plug your PSP to your computer. Open it, open PSP folder, open GAME folder. Create a folder named "PROUPDATE".
- Now, you should have it organised like this: PSP:/PSP/GAME/PROUPDATE. Confirm that.
- Ok, now copy the file you downloaded to the folder you just created.
- Unplug the PSP from you PC.
- We are almost done.

Install the CFW:

- Now that we are done with that, turn on your PSP. Go to the game menu and run the Genesis program. Wait untill the black screen happears.
- Press "X" to install. And press "X" again to finish. Now wait a moment... The PSP game menu should happear now.
- Go to the system information, and you will see that your firmware is 6.35 Pro.
- You are done. Now you can play and do a lot of cool stuff with your device!

ADVICE: Don't forget that if you remove the battery, or turn the PSP off (really off, not the standby mode), you will go to OFW 6.35. So, if you ever do that, just run the Genesis program again, repeat the process and you are done. Keep that program on your PSP memory! :D

The END !    =D

Tibia for TI 83/84-Plus Calculators

http://ziggi.uol.com.br/imagens_programas/tibia_logo.gifI'm still not capable of posting anything to Tibia forums because someone reported me! So I'll upload my game. Here it is: Tibia for the TI 83/84-Plus Calculators! It's not real Tibia and nothing like real Tibia gameplay but it is very funny and addicting to play!

https://sites.google.com/site/difusalexp/files/TIBIA.8xp?attredirects=0&d=1

Just download the file and send it to your calculator with TI Connect or a similar software.. There are a lot of tutorials around the web, just google it.

When in game, just run into the shop and by a knife else you will certainly die, even facing a rat! x)

Hope you like the game, you help me developing a better version if needed. :b

Tibia for TI 83/84-Plus Calculators

As I told you yesterday, below are some screens of the game I developed to the TI 83/84 calculators.

This game is really, really good and addicting, I assure you. It has been developed with real Tibia in mind.
If you don't know what Tibia is, go and check it here:
http://www.tibia.com/news/?subtopic=latestnews

It's a great game and I sure advise you to give it a try! Don't judge the game by it's graphics! It's one of the oldest games for the Web and MMORPG and one of the bests for sure.. Personally (and many others agree with me), I prefer this game to WoW. Tibia is just very good.

I won't upload the game I developed just yet, but here are the pics of what you and your friends will soon be playing in your maths class:
